Staff at reception and restaurant both were very nice and helpful. The gentleman at the reception who was in the evening was very helpful and calm.. we were so tired and so he made the check in process smooth.. he advised on where we can eat, places to visit, transportation.. in a nutshell, we are happy with the check in process. Hotel was clean, our rooms were clean, the restaurant on 3rd floor was good.. the food was tasty.. Check out was smooth also. Hotel is 10 mins from Golden temple and 25 to 30 mins to airport..

We stayed here on our first night in Amritsar.. and because we loved our stay so much, we returned back a week later and stayed for a further 6 days.. highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar and Golden temple. Ambient atmosphere, awesome rooms (Premium rooms are top notch), and all Hotel staff were all helpful, polite and courteous... and the food is outstanding 10/10.. they have employed MasterChefs in their kitchen.. try it for yourself and you will know what i mean! Most places to visit are within close reach, including 5/10 mins away from Golden temple, 20 mins away from Airport and a fantastic shopping mall (Alpha shopping centre), less than 5 mins by rickshaw.. Highly recommended! Thank you Regenta Central for your pleasant hospitality!

Amazing room (Premium room). If visiting with family, I recommend the Premium Connected rooms! Quality finish. Comfy bed and sofa chairs. The food was incredible. Some of the best tasting Indian food I have eaten! The staff were friendly and attentive to needs. The room service was lightening fast! Recommended! I look forward to coming back!

We stayed there last night in this hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful..Specially the housekeeping department mr.Bachittar singh and miss Rajveer kaur .They are very kind and honest persons we left some stuff overthere and they returned us..Hotel is very clean we recommend you to stay there...

Night manager Mr. Navdeep is excellent person.. I could not meet him personally but he has taken care in all aspects. And breakfast buffet was nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had issues with our booked tour and the hotel staff helped us figure that out and made our long wait better by bringing us chai. Great food options for breakfast and room service!

everything was so exceptional, nice and clean rooms with great hospitality service from hotel staff and restaurant, food was very authentic and great taste. we feel so happy that we chose this hotel to stay and have our dinner and breakfast over there. ਯ😊😊
